GW: 175 or whenever my body stops dropping the weight
My workout regimen includes me working out 4-5 days a week with Zumba and dance 3 times a week and weight training 2-3 times a week. I haven’t mastered eating healthy and the holiday’s haven’t helped me none either. I won’t give up and I am going to be working on my eating habits but other then that I love my new life, new look and new results.
