Deadlifts

3x2, 225
DB Bent-Over Rows 3x12, 30 lbs (15-lb DB’s)
Lat Pulldown 3x12, 45 lbs
Seated Cable Row 3x12, 40 lbs
Cable Kickbacks 5x12, 30 lbs
(I kept every other back exercise at a lighter weight. Also, my back only looks swole because I’m flexing.)
The thing I hate about deadlifting is the calluses I get. ):
